Which regions do your technicians cover?

We maintain dedicated engineering teams across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh with active hubs in Hyderabad (Central HQ), New Palwancha (Bhadradri Kothagudem), and Piduguralla (Palnadu). We also handle projects in Khammam, Guntur, Vijayawada, and Warangal.

Do you provide only supply, or also full turnkey installation?

We deliver full turnkey solutions: physical conduit laying, Cat6/fiber pulling, rack dressing, camera mounting, IP configuration, mobile app synchronization, and administrative user training. All installations include post-deployment warranty support.

How does the free site survey work?

After you contact us, a lead technician visits your facility. We measure physical dimensions, examine blind spots, inspect existing network racks, and identify cable pathways. Within 24-48 hours, we present a detailed Bill-of-Quantities (BOQ) with transparent equipment pricing.

Can you onboard existing CCTV cameras and cabling into your AMC?

Yes. We perform a pre-AMC diagnostic audit to test existing camera resolution, NVR hard-drive health, and cable integrity. Once verified, we onboard the equipment into our Business or Critical AMC tiers for ongoing maintenance.

What happens if a critical camera or switch fails over a weekend?

Clients on our Business and Critical AMC plans have access to our 24/7 emergency dispatch line (+91 90598 12647). We provide standby loaner equipment from our regional hubs so your perimeter remains secured while the damaged unit is serviced under warranty.
